Printing and Decoration
The containers are offset printed in sheet form on state-of-art printing and decorating lines. each color is baked / stoved at 200°C for High Gloss and Hardness. All types of designs, graphics and photographs upto 6-8 colors can be reproduced with pin point accuracy and natural color reproduction. After printing, the drum is roller coated with High Gloss Varnish for protection of the printed matter from transportation damage.

Side Seam
Body Blanks are electronically resistant, seam welded and hence are leakproof.
